PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted. Prize will be mailed to winner's residence, approximately 4-6 weeks after notification by Songbird.
DRAWING: "Leader of the Flock" Prize will be awarded based on factors including, but not limited to, sharing metrics and analytics and participation in Facebook and Twitter challenges, at the sole discretion of game judges. Two random drawing prizes will be awarded in a random drawing conducted on or about July 12, 2012, by Songbird, from among all eligible entries received, not including "Leader of the Flock" Prize winner entries. Decision of the judges is final.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER/AWARDING OF PRIZE: The winners will be notified by e-mail, Twitter or Facebook message. If winners do not respond to prize notification within 48 hours, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
